Fantastic customer service. Every time I called, even if I talked to a different person, they were able to help quickly and patiently. Each person could immediately see the status of where we were in the process. The enthusiasm of each person was contagious and great to hear. Everyone at Custom Ink was great to deal with and I greatly appreciated their attentiveness and patience!

I had the best experience with CustomInk. I buy a lot of products online, and I must say, CustomInk did an amazing job of following up with me about my designs and making sure that the t-shirts I had created for order were exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed with their level of communication, thoroughness, and quickness of delivery and confirmation. I will definitely recommend and use CustomInk for my future purchases!

I have never dealt with more pleasant customer service representatives. If I didn't like something they were always willing to try something different. They helped me find ways to cut the cost, and I ended up with an awesome shirt!

Great- packaging seems cheap.

Overall, the site is good and I was happy with the way I could manipulate the image and words. The lack of brightness in the NEON orange is the one major disappointment.

CustomInk's personal touch to everything was unprecedented. I was kept in the loop through the entire process and felt like I could call or reach out to anyone I needed to. The team's thoughtful messages were fantastic and I can't wait to have a need for more shirts!

Amazing, absolutely awestruck by the finished product! The Glow in the dark ink looks amazing in both light and dark. It was so clear that each and every person that I spoke with on this project cared about it just as much as I did. CustomInk has always gone above and beyond with every aspect of my shirts. When they contacted me asking if they could donate to the cause the shirts had been made for… It is that kind of compassion that sets CustomInk far above other companies. Thank you.
