I am very pleased with CustomInk. One thing I would like to have been able to do, was buy several designs in the minimum 100 limit. I had a budget I had to stick to and I was only able to buy one design.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! I needed a little "something" for a wedding reception / barbecue for this summer in Alaska. I knew I wanted some can koozies. Our son and his bride like that zombie stuff (ya know???) so I had my theme, had my design and... found CustomInk! Every step was an easy follow. I worried that putting it in the cart or pressing "OK" would score me a bunch o'stuff that I wasn't ready to order just then. As it turned out, I had two VERY helpful online"chats" with customer service folks. This was no canned stuff...the first thing I typed one gal was "it is 4 AM...why am I awake?" and she chuckled and said : "Oh my goodness! I don't know WHY you would be awake at this time of the day!!!" Bottom line: CustomInk provided excellent customer service. Don't need 100 items? Just chat with an online customer service rep and see if they can reduce that minimum order. If they can, they will. I will use CustomInk for future issues, hands-down. And no, I am NOT the owner's Mom! Just an "almost 60" old lady in Alaska.

The thing that really set the tone of the whole interaction with CustomInk was the customer service representative I spoke to on the phone. She walked me through the whole process and provided every detail. Most importantly, she was just so warm and friendly, and that really mattered. Of course now I'm forgetting her name, but I'm not sure I would've gone with CustomInk if it wasn't for her.
