Please ask customers how they want to be contacted and use this single form of communication. This constant communication, while I'm sure well intentioned, is completely unlike anything anybody else is doing - and not in a good way. Would be enough for me to consider NOT using your otherwise totally good services in the future.

My overall experience with CustomInk was the best customer service I've ever experienced! Forrest and Lisa helped answer any questions I had over the phone. Once my order was placed, Melody, Jessica, Emily, and Gabby all worked seamlessly to get my design looking great to getting my order to our doorstep on time. The team at CustomInk made some adjustments to our logo and it looked even better than we could have hoped for (I'm talking about Ice Cube.. thanks guys). We had to get written permission to have a university's name written on our design and despite this delay, CustomInk had our shirts printed in less than a day and delivered right on time! I can't thank CustomInk enough for these awesome shirts.. my whole team loves them and we are so happy we ordered with you guys!!!
