The online design tool has issues generating consistent proofs for designs and that made some of the lettering of my design misaligned. The final product is close enough that I didn't seek a refund but I'm dissapointed - a company focused on custom designs should have this figured out. If I use Custom Ink in the future I'm going to make the simplest design possible so this doesn't happen again.
