It was a bit odd that one person initially took the information then another 'closed the deal'. This caused me to have to verify information twice to be sure it was correct. Wasn't sure if this was a QC step added in the process. Extremely disappointed to find out that embroidery is done by third party - especially for hats. I was looking to add hats to products offered but you prices exceed that of polo shirt. Odd that I received an email to verify my order (during processing) but not a way to reply/confirm through the web site and that if I didn't call (no time frame specified) you'd move forward. This seems to be a mistake in your QC process. I would not be happy with an $750 order that had a mistake that I couldn't call in enough time to resolve.

The logo was good, the shirts were fine, I just wasn't sure if your xxl sizes would fit. Some clothing items are either a little smaller or larger depending on the manufacturer, it would have been nice to have a sample size to prefit to ensure the right size. Otherwise, good to go.
