The sweatshirts turned out great! The one surprise was that the color was a little bluer than we expected. It makes sense, because the color is called "denim", but it sure looked gray on the website. We would use the "pepper" color next time to get gray, even though that one looks more taupe to me on the screen. Regardless, we love them. Another note: we're glad we looked at the size chart, because these sweatshirts are really big - much bigger than standard sizing in my opinion.

Despite being not the best customer experience, Custom Ink got me what I needed for my team for a reasonable price and quicker than I expected. My experience deteriorated when I was forced to purchase an extra hoodie (aside from the remaining balance) in order to complete my purchase, and never received the hoodie at all. They did not respond to my email initially asking how to remedy this glitch.

Custom Ink was so easy to use! Especially with using our own personalized logo. I do recommend speaking with a representative because we did not know about 2 different screening sizes for the logo, and they were able to clarify shipping. We needed our shirts for an event, so knowing that individual shipping might not guarantee that for our group order was helpful to have them delivered solely to just one address. Overall a great experience and will use Custom Ink again!

It would be VERY helpful if the digital renderings of comfort colors products were more in line with the true colors. Specifically the denim color. It shows almost a gray online, but looking at real examples and Gildan's website, it is much more blue. This is the same with most of the other colors. That is all! Thanks again!
