I was very pleased with my CustomInk experience! I had to call customer service because of an issue with my payment and both representatives who I spoke with were incredibly helpful and nice. They clarified my payment and also spoke with me about issues they saw with my design and asked how I would like to change it. Definitely the best experience with customer service that I have ever had--no wait to speak to a representative. The shirts came three days before they originally said it would be here by even with my order being put on hold for a few days due to payment. The shirts look great and everyone is really happy!
