My overall experience was decent. I appreciated all the help that customer service gave to me. They were professional and quick! As for custom ink in general, I don't get how you let me order a reversible jersey on your website and the reverse side isn't included in the price. Why would anyone order a reversible jersey with nothing on the opposite side? I ended up paying way more than I originally was quoted for because of all the hidden costs associated with my order. Really blindsided me on that. They made me pay for the reverse side AND the ink change. They were going to print white ink on the white side of the jersey. Tell me how that makes sense? TLDR; Customer service was top notch. Customink as a whole was subpar.

I placed multiple orders in the span of a few days, all rushed and all handled directly with a representative. While I could've done this all online I was more comfortable calling or emailing with someone directly. I requested very specific date for the items to be in hand and had received confirmation via email from the rep that i would have them. Upon arriving at my event and reviewing the products it was then I realized that one of the items had not arrived. I had to reach out to receive an update on the status. I would not have known otherwise as my emails were being overflown with updates on the event i was hosting and as such the canned email was not seen until too late. If i request an item by a specific date i would've prefered someone directly reach out to advise on the update and see if there is anything else i would prefer instead to meet the deadline. I had placed all my orders, sending me a credit for a future purchase was not a good solution as that would suggest I would place another order after my item didn't arrive. While i am not sure if I will order again given this experience a "maybe" wasn't an option below.
