Great experience however I wish that standard shipping didn't have an extra long wait period built into it. I understand the business model of making it undesirable so that people will elect an expedited shipping option which has additional profit built it, but overall it's frustrating. Love the graphics review and staff attention to detail. Really liked the t-shirts. Communication is excellent. I will be placing a 4th order.

Overall I was extremely pleased with the service I received from CustomInk. Within minutes of placing my order I received a phone call from Sean informing me that the shirt color and ink color were too similar and despite looking different on a computer screen he explained that once printed the artwork would not be as noticeable. He recognized that I had ordered them for a team and told me he would put it on hold while I discussed changes with a group. Shortly after I got an email from his coworker Abigail who showed me other options that would look better. I am so happy that they took such care with my design and ensured that they looked absolutely perfect! I could not be happier with the attention to detail and genuine care from the employees of CustomInk. I have never had a bad experience here but this shows that they go above and beyond!
