Overall, we had a good experience. We were alerted that 2 sizes we wanted were out of stock, but we were contacted by a Custom Ink employee who was able to substitute a similar, more expensive product for the same price in the out of stock items. That was nice so we didn't have to deal with paying extra. Good overall experience.
