I was a bit disappointed that the Ladies New Balance Tempo Performance Shirt did not come in the color red. It's a bit odd that the Men's shirt, and sister products of both the Men and Ladies' tank tops would have red, yet the shirt wouldn't it. It caused me to have to figure out a way to have something similar for the Ladies' shirts so that our team jerseys would somewhat match. I understand it's difficult to carry stock of every item/color, but it seems weird that there's no 'continuity' between similar products. I'm not sure if these get shared with actual customer service representatives, but I'd like to commend Marcela Morrison for her help. She spent 2 hours on the phone with me trying to help me figure out how to remedy the situation regarding the unavailable shirts. She offered suggestions on similar styles and made it easy to understand the pros/cons of each. Additionally, she helped explain some of the pricing breakdowns when they weren't clear to me. She was courteous, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. When she didn't know an answer, she didn't try to lie to me but find a supervisor that would know and because it took a little time, she would profusely apologize so that she made it clear she valued my time. Customer service was great! I had to call in because i wanted the same print job on two different style shirts (mens and womens). Unfortunately, you didn't have the same style shirt for men available, so I had to got with another brand and the colors were a little off. Just wished I would have known than beforehand. Overall, is was good.

Once again you came through! I was running out of time to get shirts in time for a relay team that I'm coordinating. Customer service was super helpful in making this happen and helping me navigate having the same colours for both men & women. I paid for shipping (not the super fast shipping, but not the free shipping) and ended up getting the shirts ahead of schedule, which was a relief. We're going to look great race day!

The product was one of my pricier websites I ordered from and there was a minimum of 6 which was inconvenient. I would have preferred to pay a little more if I could just purchase 1 tank top. The tank top was of good quality and the logo came out exactly as I requested, which was a positive.

The group order form made it very convenient to collect sizes and payment from my team. This is a great feature. The detailed size chart with measurements and images of different sizes/body types was also really helpful. The shirt was of high quality and great fit, and the printing was perfect!
