Unfortunately these were gifts to be given at a wedding on Saturday, but were not delivered until Monday, when everyone had already left CA. Apparently though it said the package was on the truck in the morning on Saturday, that changed a couple of hours later to delivery cancelled. I called UPS and the driver had left the package at the warehouse and it was now closed nor was there any way of getting them to deliver. Please refund the shipping costs, and do NOT pay to UPS. Maybe time to think of Fedex. Such an incredible disappointment, but not on your product.
