The first sample quarter zip I ordered would not work for what my team wanted. I called the next day and after explaining what I was looking for they immediately sent me a new one that they believed would work better for my team. This one was great so we placed the order! Most embroidery places mess up the colors for our UAlbany logo and make the purple very light, so I called the people at CustomInk about 500 times to make sure they were using the right purple and gold... they made sure that they were, and the final result was great. I am very pleased with the customer service here and the final product came out great! Thanks so much! :)

You guys are great! I used you last year for my team tshirts and team sweatshirts, and those turned out awesome! So this year, we decided to order fleece pullovers, and we love them! Your shipping is always very fast and reasonable, and the customer service is outstanding! We will continue to use you as our team apparel company! My only suggestion is to maybe have a "no quantity minimum" section for coaches available. There are some items I would like to order as a coach, but can't because there is a minimum order number on the items.
