My overall experience has been fantastic. Bethany Morrill set me up with the design and the process was so much fun! At first when I went into making custom sweaters for my floor in residence, I thought it would be a lot of work. It turned out to be painless, and the shipping was SO FAST! I could not have asked for better customer service. Bethany is the best employee I have ever worked with in retail! I used CustomInk once before and though we were doubtful they could ship in one week, they really did so my choice this time around was pretty obvious. Even if you're afraid of talking on the phone like I was, you can easily talk to a customer service representative through a chat window and they are equally as helpful. Our sweaters theme out amazing with no hassle at all.

Great experience! Absolutely no bad issues to deal with! The designing was very easy and let you be creative! The ordering process was very easy as well!
