I have sent an email to customer service about my order not being delivered and have heard nothing back. I was charged and got an email saying it was delivered and it was not. Looking for specific delivery details or proof that it was delivered to correct address. Not happy especially because I needed it by the beginning of December.

Custom Ink was wonderful, I called in and within an hour the team had custom designed a onesie that was PERFECT for my nephew who was celebrating a birthday. The turnaround time was very quick but just 4 days later it arrived and Riah from Custom Ink reached out to see how everything went. Absolutely amazing customer service, I didn't know businesses were run so consumer friendly anymore, a breath of fresh air!

Website was easy to navigate, which was not the case at a competitor's website. No trouble narrowing down the item, sizing, and uploading the logo. Shipping was quick, too. Great overall experience.

The quality of the material and dying were horrible. Bought these as gifts for clients and the quality is so poor that we will throw them away rather than give them as gifts. The colors are uneven and look very cheap.

This has been a terrible experience. I have used CustomInk for over 10 years and loved your product and service. This new multi-address option has been a nightmare, however. I am not sure I will use your company again. It will depend upon how efficient this problem FINALLY gets resolved. As I said before I have made 3 phone calls from Germany each which cost ME. I have had 9 different text lines with email including those with Max, Liz, and other representatives, one of which has 17 back and forth conversations. The only Customer Service that was helpful was Liz. She has tried VERY hard to help me but the majority of my shirts are STILL sitting in Distribution even though I began the process in EARLY OCTOBER. I can't tell you about the Bodysuit, printing, or packaging as I have need seen ANY of the product yet. I have tried being patient but it still isn't getting resolved. I have to finally SAY SOMETHING. I NEED HELP with this order to get it sent.
