Despite having a slight roadbump in the design and ordering process (having used a university logo, which is protected and required extra approval to order), the customink staff was extremely friendly and helpful, getting the situation squared away quickly and seamlessly. The order even arrived 2 days early, despite the delay caused by the logo approval! I had a fantastic experience designing and ordering shirts from customink.

The shirts are marvelous but the hoops we had to jump through to get them was ridiculous and will likely be the deciding factor in our next purchase. Your design with a pawprint had to be approved via a third party approval system to ensure we were not infringing on a logo license use. I can assure you had I thought our design needed to be approved it would have gone through my approval process here on Campus. I can understand if you have a process you must go through but when it is YOUR design it is rather ridiculous. It also was inconvenient to receive four emails and include four plus phone calls to your company regarding this approval. Initially I was told there would be no problem and the shirt should not have been flagged for review. I then received three more emails throughout the weeks alerting me to the fact that the shirt required approval.

Custom Ink makes it super easy to create a design and store for team members to order their own sizes! Easy payment methods and fast response time with any questions that I have. I love that I can add more than one style shirt (or item) with the same design into the same shop. This is my third year ordering from them and I will continue to order more in the future!
