I would have liked to have received a preview of the art work. I'm not sure if CustomInk improved my art work or used it as is. I think it's a value-add that CustomInk will refine the art work. I may have not clicked the right box, etc -- not sure.

The artist went back and forth to get a great design. I did not read the text that the artist typed in versus what was on the original design. Look closely to the text, when they came, I found many misspelled words. The print was great, but I did not look at the printed words before I okayed the design. Take them time and read words before you print them.
