Customer service at Custom Ink has really gone down hill after the pandemic. Before, I would have contact with one representative that would see my order through from start to finish. The process would take a couple of weeks at the most to get in the final order. Now, I've been passed along to at least 4 different people, each not knowing what was going on with my order. I started the order on 01/13/2023 with Candace. Then I got passed to Rick, then Mark, then Karen, then finally Ally. The final proofs were ready 02/24/23 which is a really, really long time.
