I loved the shirts and the customer service. However, I will probably not order from custom ink. I am a teacher and I bought 6 shirts. The children's shirts each came up to over $30. I had some very angry parents about this price, and I do not think I am going to get reimbursed the $200 I spent on these 6 shirts. I cannot afford to have my parents get angry and not be able to pay me for such an expensive shirt.

Have ordered several times from Custom Ink, and will continue to do so. This last time there were a few more bumps along the way, and it it took a bit more of my time than normal to get the order finalized. We were trying to combine two separate products that used the same screen print, so I wasn't able to finish up my order online. As a result, somewhere along the way, the wrong color design got used, and it also got pushed to production even though I hadn't approved the proof that was sent. A helpful and friendly rep did help me get it all sorted out with a phone call though. There was also come confusion with my quotes this time as well. Everyone throughout the process was very helpful and friendly.
