My uploaded image was unusable, the staff worked with me to come up with a new image that would work. I am very satisfied with it. I do still wish I could have gotten the original image, but they tried and it just would not work. The new image is in the same theme I guess you could say, I uploaded a Celtic cross with roses, the staff found another Celtic cross and added a rose. The original rose that was sent back was red, I asked if it could be turned pink, they did if for me. The one and only thing I would have to complain about is the price, your a might high. But I will say the customer service I received was outstanding, so it made up for the higher price to some degree.
