I, and Phi Sigma Pi, love CustomInk! When my fraternity gets shirts for events, we get them through CustomInk. We've had long sleeves, short sleeves, and unisex tanks before, and this is our first time with the baseball tee's and we love them! Easy to design, they improve designs in any way they can, and speedy making of the shirts and delivery! Quick response from Customer Service after we sent the design in, and when I had a question for them. Definitely recommend to other organizations, and will continue ordering!

My order was supposed to be GUARANTEED in a week because I ordered rush delivery. I wasn't notified but my order was set to SHIP 5 days after my quoted arrival date. I had to negotiate to get my order to come in even 2 days after my GUARANTEED delivery date. I understand things come up, but YOU HAVE TO NOTOFY PEOPLE. Your customer service is amazing but I refuse to order from you all again because of the incompetency in your values of deadlines. I had to deal with a fraternity full of jerks and tell them their shirts were coming in even later than anticipated. You helped make a bad situation worse. Also, I paid $90 EXTRA dollars for rush delivery and didn't get a refund for your incompetences. You just lost a customer.

I ordered several different apparel products for my son's fraternity. The quality of the products and customer service I received was stellar. I have told my friends that CustomInk is the "Nordstrom" of online apparel design and printing. That's high praise as we consider Nordstrom the retail customer service standard! Designing the items was easy and everyone in your customer service and art departments were friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. Audrey W. was a pleasure to work with. We had some very last minute changes and she did everything she could to accommodate our needs. The entire process from design to delivery was stress-free.The design process was simple and fun. I was amazed at the variety of design ideas and options. There were several suggested designs specific to my son's fraternity which I used. It was a pleasure working with a company that puts such a high value on customer service and quality. I have encouraged all of my friends to use CustomInk for all of their future design needs!

The company did an excellent job making sure our glasses were ready by the time our formal event was here. There was a branding issue in using a fraternity image on the glass, but CustomInk worked quickly and diligently to correct the issue so we could get our glasses on time.

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Father's Day that had his alma mater on it. The quality was good and the printing was very nice. There was an issue with one of the symbols I wanted to put on the shirt (his fraternity) but because your company does not have an agreement, I had to take an extra step in order to get it approved. I appreciated the email stating the same and when I called, the person I spoke with was great. She gave me all of the contact information I needed in order to get the approval. I ended up ordering the shirt without it because I didn't want to hold up the process.

This is my third time ordering shirts for our fraternity from custom ink and we are always pleased with the results. We will remain loyal customers because of the ease of designing products on the website, fair prices, quick shipping, and the amazing outcome of the final product.

I thought that the overall experience was great. I was actually using an uploaded image and wanted to use the same design on multiple items. I had originally put in two separate orders, but the customer service representative I worked with put them on one order for me, leading to huge savings for my fraternity. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to friends and colleagues.

It was an ordeal to make sure that it passed design specs on fraternity and copyright but other than that, it went great. The employees I talked to, especially Jon Morlang, were extremely helpful. Will definitely be using CustomInk in the future.

The design center is fantastic and easy to use. I wish that there was a way to see if my design would be approved before I ordered it. I was ordering bar crawl shirts for a fraternity and had to change the design several times after placing my order before they would be delivered. I ended up with something that was fine but not what I had originally wanted. My customer service agent was not very helpful and kind of rude.
