Love customink! I wish y'all would add koozies to your no minimum section!! Thanks!!!!!

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! I needed a little "something" for a wedding reception / barbecue for this summer in Alaska. I knew I wanted some can koozies. Our son and his bride like that zombie stuff (ya know???) so I had my theme, had my design and... found CustomInk! Every step was an easy follow. I worried that putting it in the cart or pressing "OK" would score me a bunch o'stuff that I wasn't ready to order just then. As it turned out, I had two VERY helpful online"chats" with customer service folks. This was no canned stuff...the first thing I typed one gal was "it is 4 AM...why am I awake?" and she chuckled and said : "Oh my goodness! I don't know WHY you would be awake at this time of the day!!!" Bottom line: CustomInk provided excellent customer service. Don't need 100 items? Just chat with an online customer service rep and see if they can reduce that minimum order. If they can, they will. I will use CustomInk for future issues, hands-down. And no, I am NOT the owner's Mom! Just an "almost 60" old lady in Alaska.

i ordered koozies for my wedding and they came out perfect! exactly how i designed them online. the people were very nice and it was really nice to know everything that was going on with them. i would defintly order from them again!

Everything has been great! Shirts look great and Koozies look great. I am placing another shirt order around March 10th and will also be ordering more koozies. I really love the fact that everytime I call I get to speak to a real person who pulls my order right up and knows what Im talking about!

The girl I spoke with on the phone was VERY helpful. Unfortunately, I did not write down her name. I used you for koozies 5 years ago for my other son's wedding and was pleased with your service then!

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service representative(s) that I contacted. I had several questions which were answered fully. I was not rushed through the process of "talking out" my concerns. Helpful information was conveyed in the most courteous manner. Your customer service people are some of the nicest I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The website is very user friendly. I had a good time designing my daughter's wedding koozies. My order was handled very promptly and emails about the proof and then the order status was very efficient. Bravo!

Our experience with CustomInk was exceptional! A phone call from the design consultant made it clear what would look best on our koozie and he guided us to improve our design. I even received an email from another employee wishing us the best when she noticed our koozies were for our wedding. This company does a great job keeping it customer based with personal service. We were very pleased with the fast delivery and great customer service.

Everything looked amazing i cant wait to see the other koozies i need to order for my wedding. They are going to be awesome!

I purchased Koozies as a favor for my wedding so I wanted them to be perfect. I really liked that I could design them online and actually see what they were going to look like. Then before production began I was sent an email to approve a sample they made up. I recieved my order quickly and was very please with the end result.

Appreciated the wonderful customer service. The speedy responce to helping me with designing the koozies and how quickly is was delivered. I greatly appreciate all the help and I will definetly use your company again and will refer to many of my friends.

I love my koozies for my wedding they turned out so CUTE!!! I will order again from them again in the future.

Overall staff is very helpful and friendly. My koozies last year were great, just wish they were the same this year since I ordered a reprint.

I would highly recommend CustomInk. The website was very easy to navigate and "what you see is what you get!" I was surprised how quickly we received our order. We will gladly show off our Koozies at our upcoming family camp out. I'm sure they'll be a "big hit".

Customer service was great! and the shipping updated were excellent especially with a snow storm in the northeast. I was very pleased with the whole order and they koozies were a great compliment to our party.
