I absolutely loved the neoprene koozies I purchased as favors for my wedding! There were so many design options and it was fun to create. Customer Service was great during the proofing process. I will definitely recommend Custom Ink.

Mold koozies is very unacceptable as we are giving these to our renters.

Inferior product and poor customer service. I completely wasted $500+ bucks on wedding koozies. Buyer beware! the proof color in the preview picture will by no means look even remotely close to what they send you. The color was easily 10-15 shades darker than what I wanted. I've tried to contact customer service and no one has contacted me back. Now I have wedding koozies that don't even make sense due to the color, i'm out $500+ bucks on 200 koozies because I paid extra for full color thinking it would be the actual color I picked out, and on top of all that -- I now have a pissed off new wife! Please look else where if what you need is time sensitive.

The design and custom artwork helped to make these koozies exactly the way I wanted them to look. Everyone from the sales to the art department stayed on top of the job to get it exactly right. They absolutely delivered on time and will be a great addition to our Mexican wedding favors.

Wanted to make some Koozies for my squadron and from start to finish it was very easy and quick. Koozies look phenomenal and everyone at work enjoys them. Will be ordering again soon!

The customer service line was very attentive and efficient in helping me find a koozie that I could get within my deadline, but they did not give an accurate description of the new color that I ordered. I was told it would be dark blue in person, opposed to the navy blue I originally wanted. The koozies came in royal blue that did not match my wedding décor at all. Very disappointing.

My koozies were better than expected!!

I have used Custom Ink a total of 5 times so far. Couple hats and some Koozies. They have always been very helpful and patient when it comes to making changes to prints. I had one issue where a design was not quite centered but we were able to work it out in a very helpful way. I would recommend this site for personal and business use.
