I was initially disheartened by my original images being rejected due to copyright issues, but the staff at Custom Ink went above and beyond to provide an acceptable image. Granted, the image provided was of members of the band I wanted, the person I actually wanted, the lead singer, was nowhere in the image. But, the service was excellent and they did their best to get my order to the final phase and were very diligent in their efforts to stay in touch as the process progressed. I really wish there were easier ways to get public domain images without Getty Images charging $500 to use a picture that is on over 1,000 websites already and multiple news articles.

The shirts that came in looked better than expected. They were delivered early, which was a plus. I got them for my band and they all loved the shirts.

I designed and gifted these shirts to the graduating seniors in my school band at their final high school concert. It was a memorable evening (our only performance all school year due to the pandemic). The shirt will be a way for them to remember the good times we've had together and what a crazy year it has been. They loved them!

From step 1 working with Custom Ink is beyond easy. From designing the shirt, through the ordering process, their online programs and art reviewers are extremely easy to work with shipping is ultra quick. I did not have to wait weeks for them to print my shirts, they printed and shipped them within days. One of my shirts needed to be reviewed, and the recommendation change ended up being a fantastic idea. The final product is excellent. A heavier material than most of my t-shirts, it does have a more canvas feel to it instead of super soft cotton you would get from say one of the big military style shirt stores. The print is excellent, very high quality, and extremely easy to see. The heavier, more canvas feel definitely was effected positively after the first, initial wash. The shirt itself is noticeably longer than most t-shirts as well, by approximately 3 inches. As someone who is much taller than standard, with a very long torso, I REALLY appreciate that. The only complaint I have is that the shirt has a more "slim" feel to the torso. It fits the body a little closer than most standard fit t-shirts, but not so close to be a "muscle" shirt. Basically, the shirt looks great and feels great, but don't expect to be able to have anything on your belt or inside your waist band - I'm a lifelong CCW/CPL holder - without it buldging the shirt out noticably. This is not, in any way, a failure on Custom Inks side, I would probably just order a single size larger next time and for future orders. Otherwise, the product meets and exceeds all my expectations, amd I would recommend this company and their products without reservation!

I love Custom Ink and have been making shirts for my saxophone marching band section for the past three years (this is my last year making them because I’m a senior). I’ve never had a problem with the shirts or the service, and the quality of the printing is amazing!
