The customer service line was very attentive and efficient in helping me find a koozie that I could get within my deadline, but they did not give an accurate description of the new color that I ordered. I was told it would be dark blue in person, opposed to the navy blue I originally wanted. The koozies came in royal blue that did not match my wedding décor at all. Very disappointing.

Our daughter was thrilled with this shirt!!! We surprised her with a custom graduation tee (an early winter graduate, during the 2020 pandemic...quite an accomplishment). Glad we were told it ran small - after checking the sizing chart, we ordered her an XL (she usually wears medium). It fits her perfectly!!! The fabric quality seems nice, and the color is a nice dark Navy blue. We hope it stands up to washing. No regrets, would order it all over again...she LOVES it!

They worked with me on the price, and did a great job with the actual artwork. My sweaters came really fast, just a week after approving the final design proofs. Only negative was that the actual color of the sweaters looked a little different than on the website. I got Hanes heather navy sweaters and they were lighter in real life than the online pictures. Other than that, great overall experience!

Quality of clothing is excellent. The printing on the reverse side of the shirts were suppose to match and the printing came out navy & royal. I have logged in an edited and you can now see what is should look like. However, I’m not able to the color gray to the roadway in the letter A.

everything i ordered was near perfect if not perfect except for the" Hanes Authentic T-shirt - Navy" for reasons unknown they all shrunk from a size large to a size medium cold water in .I had no issues with the 'Hanes Authentic T-shirt - Black" Also the 'Hanes EcoSmart 50/50 Jersey Polo - Black" the print may come out lighter than on the Tshirts.Also when you order in larger quantities the prices go from ok to WOW! Today is 01/06/2021 Happy New Years everyone.I forgot to follow up on custominks.They immediately corrected the mishap with the navy tshirts shrinking by replacing them with new ones.AWESOME! in my books.I would recommend these guys hands down!!!

The webite is easy to use. But COLORS are not what they appear on the site. I ordered a deep royal blue thinking it was closer to a navy but it is a BRIGHT almost PRIMARY color blue. Deep blue to me sounds dark and the picture on the site looks dark. I reached out to customer service but have not heard back form them yet.

I doubt we will order again based upon the quality of the shirts. As a nonprofit every penny counts and this was a lot of money to spend on an inferior product. You could literally see through the shirts in the light even with them being a dark navy. They also run very small and yet there was a premium charge for XXL which runs like a L.

I basically had two orders. One from a previous order and a new one. After uploading and entering all the info on the website, I submitted a document for each of the orders. When the quotes came in, it showed it as one completed order with mixups in logos, color and names. After a week or so of corespondence, I finally asked to see how the order would be submitted to the next level to make sure everythng was correct, including the price quote. 34 shirts in Charcoal and 5 in Navy with different logos and names. After seeing the complete order and making changes I agreed and paid. When communicating with the next level person, he decided it was to confusing and made it into two separate orders. After some size changes and verifyiing the names and printing assurances the shirts were printed and delivered in a timely manner. All the shirts came out great. Custom Ink Staff were very professional, communicative and understanding.

I am going to re-order the shirt design in white with navy letters. That means we'll have two versions of the shirt, which should be interpreted as a thumbs up.

Who the fuck gave me NAVY when my order WAS BLACK???

My Navy Hanes large had three stains on it after I opened the package. Very disappointed after spending that kind of money on two shirts.

Color has always been my biggest complaint. I would like most of my products in dark navy blue and Vegas gold. All your golds are closer to yellow and as stated above your navy came out as royal

Design itself came out nice but the colors are lighter than what I had. I understand a computer screen may make it look different but navy blue is navy blue so when my design looks more like royal blue, it’s disappointing especially after spending $30 for a t shirt.

I had great assistance from customer service, both through chat and in-person phone call. They were able to adapt my original design so the color of the design would show up well on the navy blue shirt. I'm totally pleased with the quality and the look of the shirts I purchased.

Overall experience was very good, Peggy in customer service was very good helping me get what I wanted without stepping on any copyright toes. My only disappointment was not being able to get the color shirt I wanted without buying 6. The design would have really popped on navy blue.
