I walked in custom ink to get a quick question answered and next thing I'm know I'm working with Elizabeth designing a shirt and she literally brought my vision to life. I was smiling all day. Elizabeth had the best overall customer service I seen in a while period. Ask for her, she has extensive knowledge and goes above and beyond. Most fantastic experience I ever had dealing with someone.

Great experience! I had tried to use another vendor (Rush Order Tees) and pricing was about the same for one single kids shirt that my son wanted. However, going through their purchasing experience they added on a $25 charge at checkout for shipping to Hawaii. It was sneaky and didn't even show up until the confirmation page. I jumped on their live chat, explained that we are still part of the united states and that USPS doesn't charge any more for shipping to Hawaii than they do to ship to Idaho. They would not remove the charge, and although we placed the order less than 60 seconds ago, they still charged me a "restocking" fee to cancel the order. I knew of CustomInk before and had used their services in the past with other projects. I called them up, and someone got on the phone and assured me they don't charge any extra to ship to Hawaii. The process was painless, the print came out great and my son is so happy! Thank you for making our day!

Hi there were surprises with additional charges the color is not true to website and they forgot to send the only 3xl shirt i ordered causing a client to not get the shirt they ordered

This was a very frustrating process for several reasons. I had to chat with customer service to get even basic clarity about how ordering (specifically group ordering) worked. The design process was unnecessarily difficult (for example, when adding an icon/animated image, it starts over every single time you try to add one). Also, the fact that a design in black writing on a light color shirt cannot be on the same group order as the same design in white writing on dark colors. Another issue with group orders is that members of your group cannot see the prices of the items when selecting what they want (I chose to do one payment method to save money, but members would still eventually pay so should know what they are spending). The website organization is counterintuitive in my opinion. It is difficult to figure out what the materials are actually like and what designs/colors will work.

I ordered t-shirts for my family trip. I erroneously added verbiage on one of the t-shirts. After calling Customer service, they took care of everything and will be sending out another t-shirt free of charge. Exceptional customer service!
