I had a slight problem with my order and I emailed customer service about it. They immediately and PERSONALLY got back to me about my issue and even corrected it and sent me a new shirt free of charge. I asked them to change the size as well and they were also happy to do that. The shirts are lovely and came in exactly when they said they would and I love them! Belinda was nice and helpful and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you so much customink! I will recommend you to my sorority and tell everyone I know how great your product and customer service is. Kudos to you! Keep up the great work!

I have NEVER had anything but positive interactions with the CustomInk staff. I was the merchandise chair for my college sorority for three years and know how unique that is! My orders always look amazing and you really can't choose a bad product from their lineup. I am currently wearing a CI shirt that I designed and the quality of screen printing is excellent (and this shirt was from a two-shirt order). Shipping is prompt and often packages arrive before they are expected. The new option to have people in a group pay for their own shirts has been very helpful, as well.

CustomInk did an awesome job! I realized two weeks away from an event that I needed 15 t-shirts printed for my sorority and I didnt think I could get them in time. Someone suggested CustomInk, and my t-shirts were designed, printed, shipped, and delivered within a week. They look and feel awesome!

I especially love the care and concern the staff showed me in getting my order correct. I will use them over and over again. I plan to show my sorority sisters as well!

My overall experience with the staff of CustomInk, from confirmation of the design, until shipped to my door, was absolutely amazing. Mariam Halstead always responded to my questions and emails very quickly, and was able to oversee some adjustments to the design, which turned out perfectly! These shirts were made for me, my older siblings and niece and nephews for our youngest brother's high school graduation. I am beyond excited to wear my CustomInk T-shirt to the graduation and see his face when we show him what's written on the back. As another surprise, I made him his own shirt to wear when he goes off to college. Honestly, when I first started designing, I was so overwhemled... But I found this website where all the fonts and clipart were in one place, and it was easy to make my idea look professional with just a few clicks. The koozies I ordered turned out so beautifully that I'm temped to hang them on my wall. I liked that Customer Service checked in with me to ensure that the design I whipped up was in fact the correct design, and to let me know that my order was processing. I ordered 100 pieces for my sorority Formal as party favors, and I'm pleased to say that each and every piece is perfect. I cannot wait to present them to my sorority sisters.

I had a great experience! I was put in charge of ordering T-shirts and koozies for a sorority reunion and was very apprehensive as to how I would come up with something that everyone would like. Custom ink has provided my sorority great durable jerseys! A little expensive but well worth it!

Although there were a few problems with my order, mostly on my end, the customer service at CustomInk was beyond any that I have ever experienced before! I was nervous about ordering shirts for my sorority from a site that we hadn't used before, but I am so glad we did. This was easily the best experience we have ever had ordering shirts, and we will be ordering again.

I have continually been satisfied with products, and my sisters absolutely love them as well! The flexibility of design options is excellent: you can design your own completely from scratch or use their online tools to create something. At first we (Kappa Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.) had a little problem about the design of our shirt. Brian Lee, our customer service agent who was assigned to our order, worked with me and handled our order after we had to change the design. He was very friendly, patient, and very understanding during our dilemma. Despite all the trouble on our end, we were able to agree on a design and purchase our Homecoming shirts. Everyone LOVED the sweatshirts. I bought them for a 25 yr reunion with my sorority sisters and we were very pleased with the price and results! Thank you and your staff for making the order process so easy! they helped me with getting approvals from our school to use their name and logo on the shirts and made sure everything was spot on. The sweatshirts themselves were warm and cozy and the printing looks great. I have now washed mine several times and it is holding up great! Little shrinkage and no cracking or fading on the printing. This is my new Favorite sweatshirt!
