Shirts arrived stained and after calling customer service was informed that the staining was a regular part of the printing process and to wash the shirts a couple time and most stains should come out (most stains came out but not all). If this is a regular thing that happens how come they don't wash the shirts before shipping to make sure the stains come out instead of shipping out an inferior product? I am especially disappointed with my purchase since I paid extra for a rush order to have my shirts for an event and had to use a product I would have rather returned than kept. The size charts are also not accurate to the real shirts. Runs much smaller than described and fits oddly. Don't get the Hanes tagless t-shirts.

The Hanes Tagless T-shirt is incredibly rough - not at all soft, and the print quality was not at all what i expected. I have received CustomInk shirts as gifts, and the print quality of the graphics was so much better than what i received with this order.

Good printing, great deal. The Hanes tagless shirts were thick as hell --Like the good kinda tee shirt, not the kind you can see through. Very happy.

Overall, I had a fine experience with Custom Ink, but I'm now going to be reordering the same design on different shirts, which are called or commented on for their softness. I was just surprised by the roughness of the Hanes Tagless black tees.

Go for the highest quality shirt you can afford because this hanes tagless is not comfortable. Design looks great, however!

Custom Ink does such a great job...we have used their services twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. Our logo designs were translated clearly and look great on our t-shirts. The production time is also very impressive! Our dancers love wearing their t-shirts, and we also really like the option for the tagless tee. Thank you!

This shirt is a gift for 55 yr old husband who has been on dialysis for 2 years now. He is known for his unique T-shirts he wears - he always has a great attitude which rubs off on others - this is not easy during this process - 3 days week, 4 hours dy.. I thought the quote "I DIALYZE..THEREFORE I AM" was pretty apprpropriate since this process is in fact life saving..without it many would die. We love Hanes tagless tees..buy them all the time. Quality is great and the 4XL are always a perfect fit.. The imprint was perfect as well. Loved being able to chose from your designs. Made the process super easy. I received the shirt yesterday - paid extra for quick shipping but I didn't care as this is for his Birthday this Sat. 4/13. He will love it..and I am grateful he is able to celebrate another birthday on the planet. Thanks for the qaulity product and the speedy delivery..Melissa

Hanes Tagless T-shirt isn't as comfortable as I'd hope, but the customer service is absolutely wonderful!

the Hanes tagless T-shirt is very poor. It is hard and stiff like carboard. Not soft like I expected. Digital printing is not the quality I expected.

Artwork printing, packaging, shipping time, and customer service were fantastic! I just wish I had known that the Hanes tagless shirts were pre-shrunk and that they run a little small.

Customer service on the one hand was easy to contact via chat and the representative seemed helpful and pleasant but it turned out what they told me was wrong. I was concerned that the back of the t-shirt would not be lower by the shoulder blades how I had it in my design instead it would be higher. I ordered a shirt before and the back was high instead of centered how I wanted it. During my chat this time customer service said the shirt would be exactly how I designed it and that I would be sent a version to approve before the shirts were printed. Neither of those happened, the back of my shirt was placed high on the back and I was not sent a preliminary version to approve. I did however receive my shirts faster than expected and other than the issue above, they were exactly how I designed it. The printing itself looks good but I'm a little worried that it will wash off quickly because it appears somehow kind of faded already. I'm not sure how to explain it. As it is, the printing quality is fine but if it fades fast I will be disappointed. I ordered a large, an x-large men's tagless t-shirt and a large long sleeve. The quality of the material on all was better than expected. The fit of the t-shirts is good, as expected. The long sleeve (men's style) I bought for myself a female and the fit was like someone else mentioned, the part around the waste is a bit tight and the top round the shoulders a bit loose, but it will work.

High quality artwork however very disappointed with the actual T shirt that we received. The T shirt we ordered was originally called Hanes Comfort Soft Tagless. The name Comfort Soft was then removed and all of my order documents say just Hanes Tagless. We were hoping for the softer t shirt material that we assumed came with the comfort soft name however were disappointed with the material that arrived.

You guys rock. However I got wrong shirt style needed tagless and really thick so need to talk to customer service.

Easy to use, great functionality, many choices, but make sure that you can identify the size of the shirt you bought. The Hanes tagless shirt I ordered is preshrunk and runs a size Large.

I really enjoyed making this shirt! Everything was easy. The only complaint would be the sizing of the shirt. The Hanes Tagless T-shirt definitely runs small! Other then that everything was perfect.
