You were much faster than the company we ordered from last year. I am surprised that more classes were not broken because the glasses were not wrapped individually. From the other company not only did each glass have its own individual cardboard section, they were also wrapped with some kind of tissue paper. When the smaller boxes were taken out of the bigger box, What ever was with the packing list was accidently thrown away. Could you please e-mail me a copy of the bill and I will give it to the financial secretary immediately. The experence would have been Great except for the packing. Thank you.

The design program you have is the best. Gives a very very good idea of how the design will look. Then the artists cleaned it up perfectly and the result was even prettier than I had hoped for. The shipping fees are very reasonable and also the speed of the order -- 144 customized champagne flutes arrived in 2 weeks from the date of my approval of the proof. Awesome. Also they were packed very well. I have opened most of the boxes and so far no breakages.
