The whole Custom Ink experience has been outstanding. The website is easy to log-in to and easy to navigate. The reminders sent to my e-mail are helpful and timely. It was annoying that my order got delayed due to copyrighting issues, but all of my interactions with customer service were great. I just wish that I had had a heads up that the order might be delayed ahead of time.
