I had to order some sweatshirts with custom names on the back, and Customink didn't have that option on their website :(. However, when I called the customer service was excellent and they had me sorted with custom names in no time. In my opinion, the website wasn't super up to date and could use a lot of improvement, but they're doing just fine with their customer service and that's why I decided to use them!

the design took multiple trys to get correct

I had an amazing experience with CustomInk. The customer service was awesome! We got our sweatpants in time for a big tournament, and they were quite a hit (even among other teams)! I loved that I was able to call and talk to a real live person almost any time. I had an awesome experience, and I'll be ordering a new batch of t-shirts for my biology class sometime next week! :)

CustomInk is overall easy to use, offers great customer service and great prices. I would recommend it particularly for college organizations as it rather pricey for small groups but becomes significantly cheaper for orders of 60+

CustomInk is a fine company, and the only problem I had was with the price changes. While I was frustrated by that, the customer service agents were very patient and gave me several options to choose from when deciding what to do about the design and prices.
