I was so impressed with Daniel from Satisfaction Assurance! He really went the extra mile for me. There was an issue with my payment method, so I had to call in. While we were on the phone, he took the extra step to review my order and felt the ink color might be too dark. I described what I wanted and he was able to have the art dept tweak it a bit. The bottles came out perfectly!! And matched my daughter's wedding colors perfectly, Very, very impressed with him putting in the extra time to ensure excellent quality ;o)

CustomInk has always provided great service and great product. I tried a different company last summer for one of my t-shirts, and was disappointed with the screen printing. Even though they were slightly less expensive than CustomInk, it wasn't worth it. You have a customer for life!
