Overall, it was very easy to create a team uniform for The Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesotas', Heartbeat 5000 charity walk. It was very important to us to look like a team---the walk was in honor of our daughter, who is a heart patient. She was so proud and excited to have shirts made especially for her. The customer service at CustomInk was excellent. Sam Hooker was especially helpful and friendly. When there was a mistake made, they sent us a new shirt, no questions. It is so refreshing to have a company actually care about and be appreciative of a customer. A lot of people at the walk asked us where we had our shirts made. I was very happy to pass on the name of CustomInk. I will definitely use you all again!

This was my 1st time and I am very happy and impressed. I had a little trouble placing my order on the website because I wanted two different style shirts ( one for men , one for women) and it wouldn't let me order both. However the customer service from both representatives I spoke with on the phone was wonderful! Very helpful, happy people, not crabby or, matter of fact like so many other customer service phone operators. I will definitely be ordering from you again soon!
