My experience was great. Customer service was very good and out-competed our local company who was not nearly as responsive and so lost the job. The only hiccup was that I did not get to approve the final proof. I was on vacation and was not able to respond to the emails. so the job was done and sent without my having seen it. Luckily it turned out fine and I had worked with my rep to get design it so that was OK.

We LOVE our tees!!! The quality of the tee shirts could not be better - so soft! The image came out awesome - and the editing you did was spot on. The only thing I would change is the ink is rougher than I'd like but maybe will soften in wash. Thank you so much for quality service and being so very helpful :)

I am very skeptical with regards to ordering custom printing on line if I am not familiar with the company. I never ordered anything from Customink.com. I received the email about the status of my order and the wait was making me nervous. It was on time and the box was delivered in perfect shape.
