WOW! This is my fifth year ordering shirts from CustomInk for my annual event and the things that has remained consistent is the top notch, impressive customer service and quality of the end product. This year my order contained a front and back design along with three different short options. EVERYTHING from my initial contact to delivery was perfect. There is an old saying in my line of business that if you are offered the choice of Speed, Quality and Budget, you only get to pick two. CustomInk defies this saying. You might be able to get shirts a little cheaper, but you won't get the same level of service and quality. I sent in custom art work and received my order in 6 business days. I have worked in graphics design for over 15 years and no company can match CustomInk. Unless you are fundamentally flawed as an individual or you have unrealistic expectations, you will not have a bad experience wi this company. Some may think that Custmer Service is dead. This company is doing their part to ensure that Great Customer Service is not only possible, but alive and kicking strong. Thank you!
