Never really have an issue with Custom ink. It's pretty simple to use all the systems independently.

I have always had 100 percent satisfaction working with Custom Ink over the last decade for my STEM Clubs. The shirts always look great and they always handle glitches quickly. Once, when we were at the National Championship, they overnighted a package to make sure my team looked perfect. Highest Marks! The inkers always stay in close contact to make sure the design is perfect.

after so much back and forth with multiple "inkers", got a product i am not happy with and bland colors in design.. true waste of $600 and personalization was a mess as well
