One thing that I was not satisfied with duing my experience with CustomInk is that every day when I contacted CustomInk to work on my order a different representative answered the phone or e-mail. It seemed like no one was ever in the office for two consecutive days. I had to start over every day with someone who was not familiar with my order and they had to go back and read e-mail conversations I had with their coworkers every time. This was frustrating.
