My shopping experience with CustomInk was phenomenal. The customer service is superior. It was wonderful to deal with a patient representative who had my interests at heart.

Melissa Chanselle-Hary, Kathee Brown, and Staci Laiji were each exceedingly helpful on the phone, via email, and regarding follow ups, clarifications, and initial acknowledgement. From follow ups and clarifications, through email and phone, CustomInk's customer service exceeds my expectations in delivering a quality, personable experience that results in a great product . I know where I'm getting my next custom shirts.

First used CustomInk a year ago to help my daughter create their warmup jerseys for her high school basketball team. She wanted the sort of 'typical' basketball logo on the front, with their logo on the back. however, she also wanted to honor one of her coaches, who is battling breast (and now lung) cancer. We found a pink ribbon wrapped around the basketball, paid for the copyright and contacted CustomInk. CustomInk was terrific and turned around that first order in under a week. This year, we only needed three more made as the rest of the team still has theirs from last year. I saw on the web site that the minimum order was 6, but when i called and spoke with Lou she put me on hold and received permission to create another 3 (yippee!!). They turned around the order the next day and the girls had their new warmups a few days later. I love CustomInk! They're super easy to work with, especially for a busy mom like me who also is not an expert at t-shirt design! Keep up the great work!

Everything was great as always. The entire process is smooth, accurate and on time!

I really liked working with your company and will definitely use you again next year. Very easy to work with and fast delivery. I loved the fact that we could order so many different types of garments. The kids ordered so much more because they could get so many different types- long and short sleeve.

I had a great experience with CustomInk. The tools provided online are great to get you started with your design, and the customer service is the best of many vendors I am required to work with in my position at work. I am overall pleased with the process, the product and the company and will certainly be providing orders to CustomInk and recommendations for their services in the future.

The Customer service at CustomInk was fantastic, everyone was easy to talk to and really helpful. My product came in when it was supposed to and was exactly what was ordered and what was needed!
