I would tell them to DEFINITELY go for it, the quality of the products are amazing, and the email communication between the artist and myself was top notch. He even found me a way to save some money! Our products also received our shirts nearly a week before we expected them. Amazing service.

Overall I felt the customer service was fanastic. My only piece of feedback to improve upon the website is that it is very confusing to figure out what is available in Canada or not. I checked each individual t-shirt to see if it was available, but somehow still ended up picking a shirt not available in Canada. (i.e. the XXL in the Girly Jersey T) As a conseqence the prices I thought I was paying were actually a bit off. Customer service was outstanding - the person I spoke with wasincredibly helpful and nice, and she ended up giving me the t-shirts for the price I agreed to pay given the confusion about the website. Given we are working on a tight budget for the trip that these t-shirts are for, I very much appreciated that effort. I would order shirts again from this company in a heart beat. (although I will call and make sure the price is the same in Canada next time!)
