This particular shirt is very comfortable. I bought this shirt from another vendor and loved it, so I decided to try CustomInk for some new printing on the same shirt. The cost was much higher than the original place, and as such I will not be ordering from CustomInk again. The quality is great, but the cost for the same shirt and similar quality is much less elsewhere. And the process was quite slow - 12 days from order to shipping.

There were no low ratings; the customer staff at Custom Ink were always available to help no matter when I called. Whenever I needed to change my order, they happily assisted me with it, even after the first print got approved. They were able to provide advice on how to lower the costs of the order and how to ensure that the product design came out with the best quality. They always communicated very clearly via phone, text, and email to provide solid updates. I always knew exactly when to expect my order and how much my order would be delayed if I wanted to make changes. I am extremely happy with the customer service at Custom Ink!
