It is so easy to order from CustomInk. The designing process is easy and understandable. The customer service is great. It is so nice to be able to reach a real person when one wants to rather than having to go through a long, convoluted automated phone answering message process. I really appreciate that you understand talking to someone can be very helpful. It is also great that anyone who answers my call seems to understand exactly where I am in the process and is able to help at that point in time. I don't know how you do it, but it's great.
