Customer service and processing time was great. I'm just disappointed that some of my cups are "defective".

AWESOME!!! We liked our initial design we ordered and were pleasantly surprised to see the retouched product your artists did and we loved it! Very happy with finished results! This was the first of a couple wedding related orders we plan on making!

Overall, the experience I had with CustomInk was excellent (as it has been every other time I have ordered from the site). The customer service is excellent, and I highly appreciate the artist review of the design. It is comforting to know that someone more skilled than I in graphic arts has OK'd the design and is making sure it will look as good as possible. One suggestion for CustomInk is to examine the drastically different cost when using more than one ink color on an item. I understand why it is more expensive to use additional ink colors in the printing process, yet it seems exaggerated in the price. Perhaps there is a way to streamline that process in order to keep the price increase to a minimum.

Customink has got to be one of the most intuitive websites/companies I have ever worked with. I started out with a few questions on uploading my own logo, and how it would look on our cups. I initiated the instant chat and got an amazing gal who was extremely helpful. They worked with me on getting exactly the colors I wanted and made sure I was completely satisfied before sending anything off to printing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to design cups, or anything for that matter. We did custom cups for our wedding, and if we ever needed to do anything even similar in the near future, I know Customink is where I will go to first.

Customer service reps were everything you could want friendly, helpful, accommodating, etc. My order arrived earlier than predicted which was a niice surprise.

CustomInk really exceeded all expectations. The website is very easy to use, your prices are reasonable, and the finished products are great. I appreciate the very good communication; I was kept appraised of production and shipping. With less than two weeks until my 40th BDay, I designed cups online as party favors. I called the 800 number to talk to a Customink rep and he was amazing. I needed a rush order for 250 cups. He made sure it was possible, helped me tweek the design, and even offered a discount as I was a first time customer. The cups were the hit of the party and everyone enjoyed their drinks in them. Cant say enough good things about the product or the person who helped me. I also liked the fact that I could design the cups online and see what the product looked like. It was a big decision in choosing Customink.

I love CustomInk! This was my second time ordering from them. I love that you can actually see your design and adjustments while you work on it.
