My experience with CustomInk was phenomenal. My Sales Representative, Jessica Haas, knew exactly what I wanted and picked out the perfect shirts for my upcoming 2011 Avon Walk. This certainly will not be the first time I use CustomInk - I just hope next time I have Jessica when placing my order - you don't meet many Sales Reps these days that give you the time and help you need.

Ordering was quick and easy, and turnaround is pretty quick too. The one thing I personally didnt like about the website was that every new "version" of my design had to be saved, and there was way to overwrite the older version. But overall, the process was very easy.

I have purchased shirts from your company 3 times. The first two times were excellent experiences. This last time was completely unacceptable due to the sizes of the shirts. I will continue to order from CustomInk if an acceptable resolution is found concerning my order. If not, than I obviously will take my future business elsewhere.

Easy to order, great service!

The experience was awesome, shipping was fast and inexpensive. The jerseys are beautiful and are very good quality. The website is really cool because it lets you custom design in any way you like and as many times as you want to design with no limits. Other websites I researched have very expensive products and only let you save one design. Also, I called to see if they take purchase orders and the representative was very professional, courteous, and was very helpful with all my questions. I'm definetly ordering from custom ink next season and for years to come.

Your customer service was AMAZING!!! It means so much to talk to real people that aren't in some call center overseas...keep up the good work!! We received our shirts for the 2010 Athens Marathon on time, even after all the last minute changes we kept making. On the way to Greece and at the event expo EVERYONE kept commenting on our shirts. The quality of the shirts and the printing were a hit with everyone in our group and worth every penny. Thank you so much for all your help...this was my first experience with customink.com and I will definitely use you again and recommend to any friends who need shirts printed. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
