Our products were fantastic. The only problem is that we got one extra medium-sized shirt and were missing a small. I think the numbers got confused. However, Heidi in Customer Service was extremely fast in replying to my email and had a new shirt shipped to me that day. I am really impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the Customer Service department and am very glad we used Custom Ink for this order!

Honestly, CustomInk was amazing. We had five people giving input on the design and we kept switching things even after submitting it to be printed because we were being fussy. The people who helped us along did not get annoyed at all and were genuinely helpful! CustomInk also sent us the shirts with overnight shipping-- something we didn't pay for, nor did we expect; it's things like that that set CustomInk apart from, well, any business I've ever dealt with. Thank you guys so much! Everyone loves the shirts :)

this is the third time that I have used you guys and each time has always been pleasant... I will be using you again next month for our Food and Wine Festival Tee shirts...

Customink is a great company to order from, and I would definitely order again from you! The packaging was exceptional---I've never seen a company who packaged everything in plastic in case the box got wet! Bravo!! The order was processed in a timely fashion and arrived even earlier than I expected, and the friendly note in the box was a nice touch. All the customer service reps were so polite and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the order/design experience pleasant and efficient. Kudos to James Puglisi who gave us a $10 coupon for ordering before August 1--this enabled some kids to get a shirt who otherwise couldn't afford them.

The website and service are both good. The turn around time between placing the order and shipping could have been a little faster. We were hoping to get the shirts before the end of the summer research program.

I love CustomInk! The service was great, and it was super easy to order! The color of my shirts came out fantastic, and when I was hesitant on whether or not my design was centered, CustomInk reviewed it and assured me that my design would turn out exactly how I wanted and it did! My only suggestions would be to give out a range of prices when ordering the shirts because I was unsure of what to tell people when they were ordering, and also to have kid sizes available in some of the T-shirt options! I was very pleased to have my T-shirts arrive 5 days early because it gave me time to hand them out to those who ordered! Overall, everything was great and I will definitely order from CustomInk again! (:

I had a great experience working with CustomInk, from the initial design and planning process all the way through design review and printing, CustomInk had all the right tools, making it quick and easy for me to produce the exact shirt I wanted.
