Everything was great I got a phone call suggesting a better color and size of font. However I did make the back font a little too low from the top of the back and wished that tip was given also since I never made a shirt before

Overall, despite the materials being not as great as I expected, I was won over by the customer service. I had some trouble clearing the payment with my bank, and every rep I talked to at CustomInk was absolutely amazing. Kind, understanding, friendly. I don't know how you train your employees, but keep it up because it is working. Even though I didn't get 100% what I was looking for, I would/will go through your company again.
