Absolutely LOVED the customer service, communication and product we received. This was my first time designing and ordering any custom apparel. I really appreciate you shipping so we would receive these prior to Christmas. They were not due to arrive until 12/30 and we received them on 12/24. Without a doubt I will recommend and order through you again!

Overall, the sweatshirt produced is nice. It would have been better to have the quality control focus on the imagery vice the chosen colorways.

Representatives are so knowledgeable and helpful. Website can be a little difficult or tedious to navigate. Wish I could name projects what I want without a cap on length, also wish I had the option to delete projects I don't want to keep.

The customer service was TOP NOTCH! Everyone is super friendly and thorough and when we had a lot of back and forth about our orders, I could tell that there were really good notes in your system for representatives to pick up where the last discussion left off....The attention to detail was great!
