From chatting online with someone who gave me helpful tips about my design, to the phone calls I made with questions about my order, everyone was extremely friendly and .talked.to.me.like.a.person! It is so refreshing to talk to people who actually enjoy their job and don’t just read information to you when you call with a question. I’m also very impressed with the quality of material of the sweatshirts I ordered... thicker and sturdier than expected, and very soft on the inside. The printing of the design and lettering is bright and crisp and reflects exactly what I designed on the website.
