The image editing program was really easy to use and we were able to use some graphics with our own image to make the exact product we wanted. The designers edited the coloring so that it was perfect. The customer service was wonderful. We had several people follow up and even had someone email to congratulate us on our wedding, which I thought was a really nice touch. We will definitely use CustomInk again in the future!

We loved the cups we had personalized for our wedding reception. They were a big hit! We also appreciated the congratulatory email sent when you recognized they were for a wedding. It was such a sweet surprise in my inbox. So many companies are happy to take your money without a thought as to why, and weddings are expensive. It was nice that you took the time to acknowledge the reason we were a customer in the first place!
