CustomInk was so responsive to any questions that I had. They also were able to tweak the design once because I changed my mind about something and another time when I asked them to change something on the final design that they had sent me. I was very impressed with the responsiveness.

Amazing - far surpassed my expectation. I was the first-time customer, and I was amazed by the customized, individually-tailored customer service! In addition to fast, quality design output (with multiple options!!), your rep's follow-up emails were so nicely written. I also love your shipping cartons (please don't skimp on it & go to boring brown corrugated box!) and even the sticker on the inner bag made me smile! The whole experience reminded me of the e-retailer company from the movie "The Intern" - way to go, CustomInc! You guys rock!!
