It was easy to upload graphics and design a shirt. We were sharing the front logo with another shirt style and the service representative caught that and combined the orders saving $70.00 great job Aaron H.

Everything was excellent. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and the results were amazing as always. This is my third time ordering from Custom Ink. They are a little pricey as compared to some of the other websites I've found, however, it is well worth it. Their website is super user friendly. Nothing complicated about it at all. Took me about 10 minutes in total to custom design what I needed and got my order placed instantly. We even had a design flaw on one of the uploaded images I sent over but they had no problems fixing the image and getting it the way I wanted without any hassle what so ever. They didn't try to have me upload a new fixed image either. They just took care of it. Placing a large order, over 200 items, they sent over a free sample shirt just to make sure it is what we wanted. Now that's customer service. A lot of people ask me where I got my hoodies, shirts, polos, etc, I instantly tell them, Custom Ink. Amazing quality products, good customer service, easy to use interface and speedy delivery. What more can you ask for?
