Our experience with Customink and the customer service was fantastic. I was happy and surprised to see how quick each response was when communicating back and forth. They were understanding of every detail when editing the logo. Overall, I would definitely come back to Customink if I needed to print jerseys.

I had a very positive experience with CustomInk. My answer that I won't order again has nothing to do with the services you offer or quality of the product. It is simply the exchange rate. Ordering from Canada, I was shocked at my final cost. I ended up paying $33 a shirt. That is WAY too much money for a t-shirt. I already thought the $22 and change was too much, but was willing to pay that for the convenience and speed of your service. It would be beneficial if you had a currency converter built into your ordering system. I knew the exchange rate was high, but I honestly was shocked at my credit card bill. I gladly admit that it was my ignorance that made the shock happen. However, to avoid that kind of unpleasant surprise in future, it does mean I won't be ordering through you again, unless there is a way to know exactly up front how much it will REALLY cost me.
