I cannot say ENOUGH how much I appreciate their customer service. Custom Ink is SO dedicated to helping their customers in every way possible. They're extremely easy to get ahold of and super willing to help. They talked through my order plan with me on the phone and helped me develop the best strategy for organizing a group order, and told me which sizes will never be available versus which ones might become available later on. They also fixed the logo (it uploaded wrong) before printing, and made sure everything was confirmed with me before following through. The shipment arrived MUCH sooner than 2 weeks (I think it came within the first week!). I could go on and on, but Custom Ink does a GREAT job of making sure every customer is satisfied and happy with their order.
